Your at-home skincare routine is where 80% of your skin results come from… let me say that again: 80 PERCENT!! Whether you want it more simple or extravagant, affordable or luxurious, faster or slower in results, I highly recommend having yours evaluated by a professional — like your friendly neighborhood esthetician. wink

Not only will you get personalized recommendations based on your specific skin type and concerns, but you'll also receive tips and pointers on how to properly use certain ingredients. I know you can always "look it up" on the internet, but at what cost? Following trends doesn’t work for everyone. Not only could you waste time and money, but even worse, you might end up damaging your skin — which would cost you even more time and money to repair.

You shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable in your own skin. You deserve to feel amazing in your God-given face. So, message me or reach out to a professional you trust before jumping on that trend or purchasing that product you’ve been eyeing.

OK! Now that my little rant is over, let’s get into my At-Home Skincare Favs ✨:

Why Focus on Hydration?

Before you dive into intense serums or treatments, it’s super important to focus on hydrating your skin first. When your skin is well-hydrated, it’s healthier, stronger, and way better at soaking up all the good stuff you put on afterward. If your skin’s dry or dehydrated, not only will it look dull and tired, but other products might not even work as well — or worse, they could irritate it. Keeping your skin hydrated makes it look fresh, smooth, and glowing, and it sets the stage for everything else you use to actually do its job.

That’s why my brand is all about hydration! My Signature Hydrating Facial isn’t just my most popular service — it’s hands down my favorite too. One of the stars of the facial is the Marshmallow Whip Mask, which gives the skin such a beautiful boost of hydration. The first time clients (and even myself!) saw the results, we were absolutely mind blown by how plump, fresh, and glowy the skin looks — and you can instantly feel the difference. Eat Your Skincare

Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

A high-protein breakfast can set your body up for success by helping to regulate blood sugar levels throughout the day. This supports clearer skin, sustained energy, and overall balance in your body. Sweet potato is a skin loving superfood aswell!

While this bowl could be enjoyed at any meal, it’s especially great in the morning. You can eat it on its own or pair it with something crunchy—I had mine with plantain chips instead of regular chips for a healthier option.

  • Sweet Potato

  • Ground Turkey

  • Corn

  • Black Beans

  • Tomato

  • Onion

  • Egg

  • Cumin

  • Paprika

  • Pink Himalayan Salt

  • Fresh Ground Pepper

My Favorite Avocado Toast

My absolute favorite avocado toast—simple, nourishing, and it never misses. Avocado is a skin-loving superfood, so I try to include it in every breakfast.

Taking time to relax and calm your nervous system is just as important for your skin. When your body is out of fight-or-flight mode, it can better absorb nutrients and balance hormones. Less stress means fewer breakouts and more glow from the inside out.

  • Sourdough Toast

  • Avocado

  • Cottage Cheese

  • Local Honey

  • Chili Pepper Flakes

  • Boiled Egg

Skin Juice

Here’s where you can really get creative. Every time I finish a juice, I switch it up a little—usually adding something new to keep things interesting. The base ingredients stay the same, though, and they’re packed with skin-loving nutrients and vitamins.

Taking a shot of this juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is one of my favorite rituals. Not only does it flood your body with glow-boosting nutrients, but many of the ingredients are also anti-inflammatory and antioxidant powerhouses. Don’t even get me started on how amazing that is for your skin and overall health.

I usually strain my juice using a cheesecloth or fine strainer, but if you want more fiber, skip that step and keep the pulp—it’s full of it!

Here are the main ingredients I start with, and from there, you can customize to your taste.

  • Blueberries

  • Orange (Peeled)

  • Lemon or Lime (Peeled)

  • Tumeric Root

  • Fresh Ground Pepper

  • Ginger Root

  • Apple (Cored)

  • Spirulina Powder

  • Coconut Water

  • Add extra things as you please
